Job Description

As a Senior Customer Support Operations Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading our entire customer support operations, working closely with our dynamic team to deliver exceptional customer service. Your primary goal will be to develop and implement customer service policies and standards that prioritize long-term resolution and customer success.

Key Responsibilities:

* Own the Support Framework: Develop and implement a comprehensive support framework that aligns with arenaflex's customer-centric approach.

  • Lead and Motivate the Customer Support Team: Foster a high-performing team that delivers exceptional customer service, focusing on long-term resolution and customer success.
  • Develop Customer Service Policies and Standards: Create and implement policies and standards that prioritize customer satisfaction and success.
  • Manage Customer Relationships: Address customer needs promptly, handle complex and escalated issues, and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Analyze Customer Service Data: Drive improvement measures by analyzing customer service data and implementing data-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience.
  • Provide Regular Reports: Deliver regular reports to management on team performance and customer feedback.
  • Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Stay current with the latest industry trends and emerging customer service strategies.

The Successful Applicant

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a unique blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and customer-centric approach. Here are the key qualifications we're looking for:

  • 8+ years of overall experience in a customer service role within the SaaS space.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in technical support, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Experience with companies like Freshdesk, Zendesk, or similar is highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive improvement measures through data analysis.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and tools, with a strong understanding of industry trends and emerging customer service strategies.
