Job Summary
As a Part-time Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data. You'll be responsible for comparing data with source documents, compiling and verifying data, and maintaining logbooks of activities. Key Responsibilities
* Compare data with source documents to detect errors and discrepancies
- Re-enter data in the verification format to ensure accuracy
- Compile, sort, and verify data before entry to ensure consistency and quality
- Maintain logbooks of activities and completed work to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- Review data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output
- Perform routine backup and retrieval processes to protect data and ensure business continuity
- Collaborate with team members to resolve data-related issues and improve processes
Essential Qualifications
* A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and data programs (e.g., Excel, Access)
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy (at least 40 wpm)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy
- Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation
- Comfortable working in a remote setting with minimal supervision
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
