Job Summary

We're looking for experienced and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as International Live Chat Support Agents. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients across the globe. You'll work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, utilizing your excellent communication skills, technical expertise, and problem-solving abilities to resolve customer queries and concerns.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide high-quality customer support via live chat to clients across the globe

  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to senior support agents or management
  • Utilize technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to products, services, and technical support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance technical and soft skills
  • Work in fixed night shifts, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs

Essential Qualifications

* Excellent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues

  • 0-3 years of experience in customer support, live chat, or related roles
  • High-speed internet connection (at least 10 Mbps) and a reliable computer with 8 GB RAM
  • Minimum 6 hours of power backup in case of power cuts
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a BPO or customer support environment

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools
  • Certification in customer service, sales, or related fields
  • Fluency in multiple languages, including Spanish, Mandarin, or other languages spoken by arenaflex clients
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
