Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Success Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for customers using our clients' food ordering app, handling inquiries, concerns, and providing information through inbound and outbound phone calls. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting customers in placing online orders and providing support through phone calls
  • Processing payments securely and proactively supporting customers to maintain brand reputation
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues, collaborating with the team to improve customer support, and maintaining and improving service quality
  • Providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries professionally, and resolving issues efficiently
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on customer interactions and feedback
  • Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

To be successful as a Customer Success Specialist at arenaflex, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent in any field
  • At least 6 months of experience in customer support, with a preference for call center experience
  • B2 level proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including customer service orientation, active listening, and conflict resolution
  • Strong typing skills, with a minimum speed of 40wpm and 90% accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following qualifications are highly desirable for this role:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced customer support environment
  • Familiarity with food ordering apps and online payment systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
