Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling high volumes of live chat and phone calls from customers worldwide
  • Identifying and evaluating customer needs to deliver satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently
  • Providing accurate, valid, and comprehensive information to customers in English and Hindi
  • Managing complaints, providing proper solutions, and options within time limits, and following up to secure resolution
  • Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure seamless customer interactions
  • Going the extra mile to engage customers and build strong relationships

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1+ years of proven customer-facing experience or experience as a customer service representative
  • Strong ability to use IT for professional use and handle somewhat technical queries from customers
  • Exceptional written communication skills and a good listener
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and control time effectively
  • Knowledge of the cryptocurrency/blockchain field is a big plus
  • Multi-lingual capability is a big plus
  • Willingness to work weekends and irregular hours, including night shifts
  • Fluency in English and Hindi to effectively coordinate with overseas partners, stakeholders, and customers
