Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Sales and Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales and customer support team, you'll play a crucial role in promoting and selling our diverse range of wellness services and programs. Responsibilities
As a Sales and Customer Support Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Promotion and Sales: Develop and execute sales strategies to promote and sell our wellness services and programs to potential customers.
- Customer Support: Deliver exceptional customer support by addressing queries, providing product information, and ensuring sales.
- Continuous Improvement: Maintain a high level of enthusiasm, curiosity, and creativity to continuously improve sales strategies and customer support processes.
- Data Analysis: Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and partners through effective communication and negotiation skills.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience: Proven track record of sales success and a strong understanding of sales principles and strategies.
- Graduate degree: Bachelor's degree in any stream from a recognized university.
- Excellent communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and partners.
- Sales expertise: Proven sales expertise, with the ability to effectively pitch and close deals.
- Negotiation skills: Strong negotiation skills to navigate various customer needs and preferences.
- Content writing skills: Proficiency in content writing, drafting emails, and creating engaging content for social media platforms.
- Technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Canva, and WhatsApp marketing.
- Reliable laptop and internet connection: A reliable laptop with a stable internet connection and a dedicated workspace conducive to focused work.
Preferred Qualifications
* Hindi language skills: Proficiency in Hindi language, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Experience in the wellness industry: Previous experience in the wellness industry, with a strong understanding of wellness services and programs.
