Job Description:

As an Experienced Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and handling online product delivery-related inquiries from customers via phone calls
  • Leveraging available tools and information to provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and updating customer information as necessary
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries via phone calls
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update customer information as necessary
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including first-call resolution rates and customer satisfaction scores

Essential Qualifications:

* Minimum 12th standard or graduation in any specialization

  • 0-3 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in a customer service or BPO environment

  • Knowledge of customer service software and tools
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal teams
  • Strong typing skills (25 WPM or above)
  • Familiarity with Windows 10 or 11 operating system
