Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Virtual Customer Experience at arenaflex

Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, answering their requests through phone, chat, and/or email. You'll use your exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and product knowledge to deliver an exceptional customer experience that exceeds our customers' expectations. This is a full-time, remote role that requires working variable hours to match when customers need us most.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers
- Provide product information, answer questions, and resolve issues related to orders, payments, and website guidance
- Work collaboratively with other teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Continuously improve customer satisfaction and loyalty by identifying and implementing process improvements
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
What We're Looking For
* Minimum age: 18 years old
- Right to work in India
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and oral fluency)
- Experience working with a computer
- Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 6 am and 11 pm
- Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, overnight, weekend, and overtime as required)
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace (dedicated office space with a desk and chair)
- Minimum broadband connection of 20MB download speed and 8MB upload speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI)
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. communications, customer service, business) preferred
- 0-3 years of customer service experience (in-person or remote)
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving complex customer issues
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
- Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
