Role Description
We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Finance Director to lead our financial operations at our Moxie Media office in the US. This is a fulltime permanent role that will be based at our New Orleans office in Louisiana.
This is a key leadership role where you’ll take ownership for financial reporting, compliance, and performance insight, while acting as a trusted partner to senior leadership. You’ll play a vital role in shaping financial strategy, supporting business growth, and driving operational efficiency across the organisation.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Leading financial operations for our U.S. business, ensuring accurate reporting and strong financial controls
- Overseeing accounting, compliance, and regulatory requirements, including U.S. GAAP and Louisiana tax obligations
- Delivering clear financial insights to support strategic decision-making and business growth
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and ongoing financial performance analysis
- Partnering with senior leaders to drive efficiency, evaluate opportunities, and improve results
- Managing key external relationships, including auditors and banking partners
- Leading and developing a small finance team
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum 5+ years’ progressive experience in finance/accounting roles
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal controls
- Experience working within Louisiana’s tax and regulatory environment
- Strong Excel and financial systems capability

- CPA, CMA, or MBA
- Previous leadership or people management experience
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage or similar)
