Adex Medical Staffing is seeking highly skilled and compassionate Psychiatrist to join our dynamic team. Job Responsibilities: • Manage and provide care for hospitalized patients across a variety of medical conditions. • Conduct daily rounds, assess patient progress, and adjust treatment plans accordingly. • Collaborate with specialists, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care. • Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records. • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and hospital committees as needed. • Respond to medical emergencies and provide critical care when necessary. Qualifications: • M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school. • Board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry (or equivalent). • Valid medical license or eligibility to obtain a medical license in [State]. • Ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Commitment to providing high-quality care to diverse patient populations.
