Responsibilities
    Support the Operations team with administrative tasks and help keep internal timelines, projects, and deliverables organized and on trackSupport Talent Acquisition Specialist with initial HR interviews and coordinate calendars across candidates, hiring managers, and leadership team members to support an organized and positive candidate experienceMaintain accurate internal documentation, operational trackers, and company systems to support a fully remote workforceSupport team members with company software logins, account access, and general remote support needsAssist with drafting internal communications, organizing operational documentation, and supporting leadership level initiatives as neededHelp identify opportunities to improve administrative workflows, organization, and internal operational processesPerform general administrative and data entry duties as deemed necessary by the Operations TeamHandle sensitive employee, hiring, and operational information with professionalism and confidentialityWork a consistent set schedule Monday through Friday during established business hours
Required Skills
    Goal-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced remote environmentComfortable working within HR, recruiting, hiring, and operational support functionsStrong familiarity with MacOS, Google Drive, Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, and other collaborative productivity toolsAbility to troubleshoot basic software, login, and account access issues remotelyStrong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detailStrong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build productive working relationships across teamsAbility to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism, responsiveness, and accuracyComfortable supporting a distributed remote workforce and collaborating cross-functionally
Suggested Skills
    2+ years of administrative, operations, recruiting coordination, HR, or executive support experience, ideally in an agency or fast-paced environmentExperience supporting hiring coordination and interview scheduling workflows using applicant tracking systems (ATS)Experience supporting operations, people teams, or executive leadershipAbility to proactively identify gaps and improve administrative or operational processesExperience coordinating across multiple stakeholders and competing priorities in a remote environment
Position Details
    This position is 100% remote and part-time (15–20 hours/week)Candidates must be available to work consistent Monday through Friday business hours on a set schedule to be determinedPay range: $18.00–$20.00/hour DOE
