Client Services Specialist - Life Insurance (Performance Based/Remote Options Available)
We are currently expanding and hiring individuals to support clients with financial protection and life insurance solutions. No prior experience is required. We provide hands-on training and mentorship. Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients (virtually or in person)
- Review basic financial needs and protection options
- Assist clients in selecting appropriate life insurance coverage
- Follow a structured workflow and training system
- Maintain consistent communication with clients and team
Compensation:
- 100% performance-based (commission + bonuses)
- No cap on earnings
- Paid based on work completed, not hours logged
