Job Summary

As a Digital Marketing Manager / Customer Support / General Virtual Assistant to our CEO, you will play a critical role in overseeing and managing multiple projects, performing tasks, and coordinating tasks of others. Your primary focus will be on Facebook Ads, but you will also be responsible for managing Google Ads, responding to customer queries, and providing general administrative support to our CEO. Key Responsibilities

* Manage and optimize Facebook Ads campaigns, including setup, strategy, and reporting

• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including setup, optimization, and reporting
• Respond to customer queries via Basecamp across all projects, providing timely and effective support
• Provide general administrative support to our CEO, including tasks such as email management, calendar organization, and data entry
• Coordinate tasks with other team members, ensuring seamless project delivery
• Develop and implement effective project management strategies to meet client needs and expectations
• Analyze data and provide insights to inform marketing decisions
• Collaborate with our India-based team to proofread and quality control SEO blogs
• Utilize graphic design skills to create visual content for social media and marketing campaigns
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing

Essential Requirements

* Based in the Philippines

• Excellent written English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Facebook Ads experience, with knowledge of campaign setup, strategy, and optimization
• Google Ads experience, with knowledge of campaign setup, optimization, and reporting (Google Certification a plus)
• Proven experience working with English-speaking clients or employers
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and ask for help when needed
• Fast computer and high-speed internet with reliable power
• Graphic design skills on Canva or similar platforms
