Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative Agent - Work From Home Part-Time Remote Focus Group Panelist at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to participate in national and local paid focus groups, clinical trials, and market research assignments. You will engage with our team to provide valuable feedback on new products and services, helping shape the future of consumer goods and experiences. Key Responsibilities
* Participate in national and local paid focus groups, clinical trials, and market research assignments
- Engage with our team to provide valuable feedback on new products and services
- Complete written and oral instructions, as well as written surveys, for each panel
- Use products and/or services provided, and be ready to discuss them prior to meeting dates
- Show up at least 10 minutes before discussion start time
- Participate in online or in-person discussions, depending on the study requirements
Essential Qualifications
* Must have either a smartphone with a working camera or a desktop/laptop with a webcam
- Must have access to a high-speed internet connection
- Desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics
- Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
- No prior customer service representative agent experience is necessary
