Job Summary

We're seeking experienced Customer Support and Data Entry Specialists to join our team. As a Customer Support and Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, resolving issues efficiently, and accurately entering data into our system. You will also respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, and maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions.

Requirements

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Proficient in data entry and basic computer applications
• Ability to handle high-volume calls and inquiries

• High-speed internet connection and a reliable computer
• Previous experience in customer support is preferred but not required
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Additional certifications in data entry or customer support are a plus
