Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our plan members, answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions. You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling a variety of client and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific client inquiries. You will receive comprehensive training to upskill you to assist with client and member inquiries as business needs arise.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to plan members, answering questions and resolving issues related to prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions

  • Handle a variety of client and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific client inquiries
  • Utilize strong problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and provide personalized solutions to plan members
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer experience
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and arenaflex's innovative solutions
  • Work in a flexible, remote environment, with the ability to work from home and maintain a secure, distraction-free workspace

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience

  • Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

* Associates degree or equivalent experience

  • Ability to problem solve in a positive, productive manner
  • Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life
  • Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards
  • Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence
  • Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
  • Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • At least 6 months of healthcare experience
