Key Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Manager State & Higher Education, you will be responsible for:
- Coaching and professionally developing Field Government Account Managers and designated portfolio management
- Executing strategic direction of SLED managed travel accounts
- Increasing sales and establishing formal partnerships with State, Local, and Higher Education managed travel accounts
- Broadening awareness of arenaflex corporate travel programs and services
- Identifying, hiring, onboarding, and training a sales organization of trusted Advisors in the managed travel industry
- Collaborating with fellow Leaders to drive business growth and innovation
Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in increasing sales and establishing partnerships
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with experience in developing and managing high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
Preferred Qualifications:
* Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the managed travel industry, with a strong understanding of SLED managed travel accounts
- Certification in sales, account management, or a related field
- Experience in training and developing sales teams
- Strong knowledge of arenaflex products and services

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:
arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:
- Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience

Eligibility:
This role is offered as a remote workplace position, which may require travel for training, meetings, conferences, etc. Outside of those required visits, the majority of your working time may be spent in a remote location, away from our Corporate Campus. Please note, while this is a remote position, there is a limited group of states or localities ineligible for Employees to regularly perform their work. Those ineligible locations are: Alaska, California, Colorado, Delaware, Illinois, Iowa, Maryland, Massachusetts, Montana, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Dakota, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Vermont, West Virginia, Washington, and Wyoming.
