Experienced Dutch Customer Service Representative for arenaflex

As a customer service representative, you will have the chance to support customers from the Netherlands and Belgium, following a comprehensive training program led by certified instructors.

Your Key Responsibilities:

* Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email to provide exceptional support and resolve their queries efficiently.

• Track and follow cases to ensure timely closure and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Represent arenaflex as a major brand, ensuring that customers receive top-notch service and support.
• Assist customers in managing and securing their accounts and passwords.
• Set up repairs for hardware-related issues and escalate unresolved cases to 2nd level support interaction experts.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and continuously strive for excellence in customer service.

What You Will Bring:

* Fluency in Dutch (native or near-native level)

• Advanced English knowledge (written and spoken)
• Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology (desired but not required)
• Prior customer support experience (advantageous but not necessary)
• Strong troubleshooting skills and problem-solving abilities
