Job Summary
We are seeking a part-time licensed insurance customer service associate to join our remote team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, providing expert advice on coverage options, implementing retention strategies, and managing the renewal process. Responsibilities
As a part-time licensed insurance customer service associate with arenaflex, you will be responsible for the following key areas:
- Client Management: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met and exceeded. This includes conducting regular policy reviews, identifying opportunities for additional coverage and cost savings, and communicating changes effectively with clients.
- Risk Assessment: Provide expert advice on coverage options and policy adjustments based on client requirements. This includes analyzing client risk profiles, identifying potential exposures, and recommending tailored solutions to mitigate risks.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Active Property & Casualty License: You must hold an active property and casualty license to be considered for this role.
- Previous Insurance Experience: A minimum of 2 years of property/casualty service experience is required. Previous experience with Allstate is preferred but not necessary.

Compensation and Benefits
