Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and partners
• Working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, responding to changing priorities and deadlines
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve processes
• Utilizing data and analytics to inform decision-making and drive business results
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and partners
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements

Key Responsibilities by Group

You will be assigned to one of the following groups:

• Load Control Center: Work with the Load Control Center team to ensure accurate and efficient loading of aircraft, while maintaining compliance with manufacturer and company regulations.
• Fuel Methodology: Collaborate with the Fuel Methodology team to develop and implement strategies for fuel efficiency, reducing costs and improving overall performance.

What You Need to Succeed

• A strong passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, processes, and procedures
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, candidates with the following skills and experience will have a competitive advantage:

• Familiarity with SQL, SAS, Python, R, Scene, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience with airline operations, customer service, or a related field
• History of leadership roles, including student and community organizations
