Job Summary

We're seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Remote Data Entry Clerks / Typing Specialists. Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases, ensuring compliance with arenaflex policies and procedures
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Meet productivity and performance standards, working independently with minimal supervision

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry, administrative assistance, or a related field; experience in healthcare, warehousing, delivery driving, or customer service a plus
  • Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 25 words per minute
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or other productivity software
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with data entry software, such as Excel, Access, or other database management systems

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
