Job Summary

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing world-class support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, ensuring that every interaction is positive, informative, and memorable

  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of arenaflex products, services, and policies to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products, services, and best practices
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Ability to work from home with a dedicated workspace and reliable internet connection

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services, or a strong interest in learning about the pet industry
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce or Zendesk
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages
