Job Summary

As a Technical Support and Customer Service Representative on our remote night shift team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound and outbound calls, online interactions, and email support. You will be responsible for resolving routine technical issues related to arenaflex's products and services, maintaining a broad knowledge of our offerings, and providing expert guidance to customers. Responsibilities

As a Technical Support and Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing inbound customer support using a call flow guide, ensuring that customers receive timely and effective assistance
  • Resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and arenaflex's products and services, using your problem-solving skills and technical expertise
  • Tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in databases, maintaining accurate records and ensuring data integrity
  • Maintaining a broad knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables
  • Offering additional products and services to customers, based on their needs and preferences
  • Delivering expert customer experiences, ensuring that customers feel valued, heard, and supported

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong focus on building customer relationships, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a technical support or customer-facing role
  • Ability to work an evening or overnight schedule, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work arrangements
  • Technical support experience is preferred, but not required
  • A high school diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in computer skills and technical knowledge
  • A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from, with a reliable internet connection and a smartphone
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with the ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies, with a willingness to adapt to changing customer needs and arenaflex's products and services
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions
  • Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, with experience using desktop or laptop computers and internet-based applications
  • A desktop or laptop for PC and internet testing, with a work computer provided depending on the position offered
  • High-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone, with a valid U.S. address for residence

Nice-to-Haves

While not required, familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology, is preferred, as is experience working with similar products and services.
