About the Role
As a Resolution Coordinator at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in providing top-tier customer service to our clients, stores, and partners through telephone, chat, and email interactions. You will be part of a high-volume contact center that handles over 10 million contacts each year, and you will be responsible for resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities
* Answer and resolve a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, stores, and partners in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize various systems and tools to respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Provide expert-level customer service in a conversational manner, using all available resources to ensure customer satisfaction
- Work collaboratively with other teams to resolve complex customer issues and concerns
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards for customer service
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications, customer service)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to type at least 25 WPM
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word)
- Previous customer service experience (in-person or remote)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in a contact center or customer service role
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Experience with data entry and record-keeping
- Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
