Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Entry-Level Customer Success Assistant to join our team as a Live Chat Support Specialist. As a key member of our customer success team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through live chat, email, and social media. Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to live chat messages on our clients' websites and social media accounts in a timely and professional manner
  • Answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Collaborating with our customer success team to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
  • Working closely with our marketing team to develop and implement effective customer engagement strategies
  • Analyzing customer feedback and providing insights to improve our services and products

Essential Qualifications

* Basic English writing skills and excellent communication skills

  • Proficiency in using a laptop, phone, or tablet and reliable internet connection

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer support or a related field (not required, but a plus)

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer support tools
  • Experience with social media marketing and customer engagement strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
