Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our remote team in Arden Hills, MN. As a key member of our administrative support team, you'll play a critical role in processing inbound receiving data, providing clerical and payroll support, and ensuring timely data entry into our database. Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Processing inbound receiving data accurately and timely, with a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Providing clerical support and payroll assistance, including inputting and/or validating producer payroll data.
- Supporting daily entry of receiving data into our database, ensuring seamless integration and data integrity.
- Reconciling physical receipt of tickets against the database, identifying discrepancies and resolving issues promptly.
- Analyzing reports to identify missing tickets, taking proactive steps to resolve data discrepancies.
- Saving electronic tickets to specified folders, maintaining a well-organized and easily accessible digital archive.
- Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless data entry and administrative support, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in mathematics and data analysis.
- At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel and 10-key typing, with a proven track record of accuracy and efficiency.
- Proficient and accurate data entry skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with colleagues, management, and external stakeholders.
- Good listening skills and a positive attitude, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and employee development.
