Job Summary

We're seeking experienced Healthcare Data Entry Specialists to join our Revenue Cycle Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing various duties related to revenue operations, including medical insurance collections, credits, and patient insurance coverage. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic environment, with the option to work remotely after completing our comprehensive training program.

Responsibilities

As a Healthcare Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for the following key duties:

• Revenue Operations: Perform duties related to revenue operations, including medical insurance collections, credits, and patient insurance coverage.
• Insurance Communication: Communicate with insurance payers to ensure proper insurance coverage for our patients or to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement for dialysis services rendered at our clinics.
• Timely Response: Respond timely and accurately to payer communications, ensuring seamless processes across teams.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with other revenue operations teams to ensure seamless processes across teams.
• Process Improvement: Partner with clinics teammates, including Insurance counselors, social workers, and facility administrators, to ensure timely and accurate insurance information.
• Continuous Improvement: Help identify process changes and opportunities for continuous improvements.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Corporate Office Experience: A minimum of six (6) months of corporate office experience is required.
• Revenue Cycle Experience: Previous Revenue Cycle experience is preferred but not required.
• Data Entry Experience: Data entry experience filling out online forms is essential.
• Internet Navigation: Savvy in navigating through the internet and provider portals.
• Claim Accounting Knowledge: Proper claim accounting knowledge is a big plus.
• Medical Billing or Accounting Experience: Medical billing or accounting experience is a big plus.
