Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Data Entry Clerk with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Performing a variety of support functions to support the department, including data entry, data analysis, and report generation.
- Handling multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
- Assisting in compiling data, generating reports, and maintaining accurate records.
- Providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to improve efficiency and productivity.
Required Skills & Experience:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school degree or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a data entry clerk, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Fast typing skills, with the ability to maintain accuracy and speed.
- Knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets, including MS Office Word, Excel, and other relevant software.
- Working knowledge of office equipment, computer hardware, and peripheral devices.
- Basic understanding of databases and data management principles.
- Good command of English, both oral and written, with excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify and correct errors.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
While not required, the following skills and experience are highly desirable:
- Knowledge of touch typing systems and techniques.
- Experience with data entry software, such as data entry tools and applications.
- Familiarity with arenaflex's systems, processes, and technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
Equipment Specifications:
To ensure your success in this role, you will need to meet the following equipment specifications:
- Dual monitors, with the ability to have Teams/Outlook open on one screen and other applications on the other.
- A keyboard with a 10-key number pad.
- Windows 10 or 11 operating system.
- An ISP download speed of 25Mbps or higher.
- A minimum screen resolution of 1920 X 1080 (higher preferred).
- A laptop that can run an external monitor at the prescribed resolution (note: laptops are acceptable, but they must be able to run an external monitor).
- No Chromebook or MacBook.
- A web camera for Teams meetings.
- A headset or external speakers (if none built in) for calls.
