Job Summary

As a Customer Service/Data Entry Representative, you'll be responsible for providing administrative and staff support services to our claims coordination team. This is a remote position, and we'll provide you with the necessary equipment to perform your duties. Responsibilities

* Provide administrative and staff support services to our claims coordination team

  • Perform data entry of claims information into our claims management systems
  • Follow up on missing information to process claims efficiently
  • Review invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Compile reports from systems with claims information
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve client inquiries and issues
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • 6 months to 1 year of work experience in a customer service or data entry role
  • Basic computer and typing skills (at least 40 wpm)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Willingness to submit to a background investigation (any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation)
  • Unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in claims coordination or a related field

  • Knowledge of claims management systems and software
  • Certification in customer service or data entry (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Data Entry Specialist (CDES))
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
