Experienced Seasonal Data Entry Operator – Temporary Position in Information Transcription Unit

As a Seasonal Data Entry Operator, you'll play a vital role in our Information Transcription Unit, working closely with our team to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes.

Job Summary

We're seeking experienced Seasonal Data Entry Operators to join our team on a temporary basis. As a Seasonal Data Entry Operator, you'll be responsible for entering or repairing alphanumeric information from source documents and images using specialized browser-based applications. You'll also capture data and/or verify the accuracy of OCR data, correct logic errors, and math blocks. This is a part-time, seasonal position that typically works an eight-hour day shift, Monday - Friday, with the possibility of working less than eight hours a day or 40 hours a week.

Key Responsibilities

* Use specialized browser-based applications to enter or repair alphanumeric information from source documents and images

• Capture data and/or verify the accuracy of OCR data, correct logic errors, and math blocks
• Work closely with the team to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes
• Meet productivity and quality standards
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Essential Qualifications

* Three months of full-time experience in data entry or word processing

• Experience operating electronic data entry or word processing equipment to input information from source documents
• Keyboard (typing) speed of at least 45 words per minute
• Completion of an established data entry training course using electronic data entry equipment may be substituted for up to three months of experience
