Job Overview
As an Experienced Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This customer-focused role requires diplomacy, problem-solving skills, and the ability to think on your feet. You'll work closely with other teams to ensure seamless order processing and provide timely updates to customers. Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer support tickets, including answering questions and resolving issues related to existing orders
- Manage high-volume phone calls to assist customers with existing orders and assist new customers with how to place new orders online
- Respond to emails and address questions and concerns from customers, internal department queries relating to orders or payment on orders and process servers in the field
- Document issues in Confluence
- Visit court dockets for information on case filing and occasionally pull filed papers
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or GED required; 1-3 years of customer support or call center experience assisting customers over the phone
- Technology Driven; Experience using computer programs such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word, PDF Editor, and phone systems preferred
- Document manipulation experience
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Ability to transcribe information, review an order, investigate issues, and implement solutions
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
- Ability to maintain a high level of work product in often stressful situations
- Ability to anticipate issues and circumvent them
- Ability to implement new processes and changes and improve performance
- Typing speed of at least 55 wpm
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Familiarity with Confluence or similar documentation tools
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
Skills and Competencies
* Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on resolving issues and providing timely updates
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, internal teams, and process servers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 55 wpm
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Experience with PDF Editor and phone systems
