Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers in making informed decisions
  • Handling outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or feedback
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our computerized system

  • Identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products during customer interactions

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
