Job Summary

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders in the drive-thru, assembling orders, delivering food to customers, cleaning the dining room, and performing various other tasks to ensure a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

• Take orders in the drive-thru, assemble orders, and deliver food to customers in a safe and efficient manner
• Clean the dining room, including tables, floors, and other areas of the restaurant
• Process payments efficiently and accurately
• Follow proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food
• Multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with other crew members to ensure continuity of service and achieve team goals
• Align with arenaflex culture by balancing working hard and having fun

Essential Qualifications

* Must be 16 years of age or older

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or food service industry preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds
• Ability to kneel, bend, twist or stoop
• Ability to ascend or descend stairs
• Ability to reach and grasp objects (including above head and below waistline)
• Ability to show up to scheduled shifts on time

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience as a customer service associate, retail team member, cashier, restaurant server, kitchen lead, cook, prep cook, or drive-thru cashier

• Certification in food safety or customer service
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work under pressure and at a fast pace
• Ability to take initiative and work independently
