Responsibilities

As an Inbound Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses that meet their needs and exceed their expectations
• Providing in-depth information about our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing, to help customers make informed decisions
• Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments with customers, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up
• Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, maintaining accurate records and ensuring data integrity
• Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback to improve our services
• Developing and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry, although not necessary, is preferred
• Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and tools
• A strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience being a plus
• A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment

Nice-to-Haves
