Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Associate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Reviewing and completing Enrichment Tasks as defined and trained by our healthcare clients
  • Performing credentialing-related tasks, including application data entry, vendor resource verifications, and board certifications
  • Following up with various state boards and credentialing bodies for status updates and verifications
  • Ensuring the accuracy and quality of credentialing data in compliance with industry standards
  • Verifying information provided to our client by third-party entities using online databases to cross-check details
  • Performing additional duties and tasks as required by arenaflex

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 6+ months of experience in a Data Entry or Customer Service-related role: While experience is preferred, we're happy to consider candidates with transferable skills
  • Available to work 40 hours per week, with weekends off: We're a flexible employer, and we're happy to accommodate your needs
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy: You'll be working with sensitive data, so attention to detail is essential
  • Excellent command of the English language: You'll need to communicate effectively with our clients and team members
  • Great written and verbal communication skills: You'll be working with a range of stakeholders, so strong communication skills are essential
  • Able to support a work-from-home setup: You'll need a reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace
  • Internet speed of at least 15 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload: We require a fast and reliable internet connection to ensure seamless communication and data transfer
