As a Part Time Data Entry Clerk, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with our Admin Office Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

Job Responsibilities

As a Part Time Data Entry Clerk, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Invoicing Management: Process all incoming invoices in INFOR, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. This will involve reviewing invoices for completeness, verifying GL coding, and routing them for approval.
  • GL Coding Verification: Verify GL coding, create purchase orders as needed, and route them for approval. You will be responsible for ensuring that all GL coding is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Document Management: Receive, stamp, and distribute incoming invoices for approval, and perform electronic and paper filing of processed invoices. You will be responsible for maintaining a well-organized and secure filing system.
  • Administrative Support: Assist the Admin Office Manager with various duties as needed, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and performing other administrative tasks.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Data Entry Experience: Must have experience in data entry with minimal supervision. You should be able to work independently and efficiently process large volumes of data.
  • 10-Key by Touch: Preference given to candidates who possess 10-key by touch skills. This will enable you to work more efficiently and accurately when processing data.
  • Computer Literacy: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is required. You should be able to create and edit documents, as well as perform complex calculations and data analysis.
  • Communication Skills: Good communication skills, both oral and written, with attention to detail. You will be working closely with our Admin Office Manager and other team members, so strong communication skills are essential.
  • Office Equipment Familiarity: Must be familiar with various office equipment, such as printers, scanners, and photocopiers. You should be able to operate these machines efficiently and effectively.
