Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering best-in-class support to our customers and fleet partners through phone, email, and chat/text. You'll be the face of our company, and your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities will make all the difference in creating a top-notch experience for our customers and partners.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the following responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality service and support to both customers and partners via phone, email, and chat/text
- Solve problems and thoughtfully address issues experienced by customers and partners
- Act as an internal advocate for our customers and fleet partners by relaying user feedback and offering suggestions to improve our service and operations
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and products to provide accurate information to customers
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets for customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and issue resolution
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
- Experience providing support via phone, email, and chat
- A positive attitude and passion for success
- Exceptional time management skills
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Tech savvy with Mac and iOS experience
- Able to type 50+ WPM
- College degree or equivalent work experience
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:
- Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Experience working with a diverse range of customers and partners
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal teams
