Key Responsibilities
As a Patient Care Advocate at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Helping patients understand their pharmacy benefits better by utilizing your knowledge gained from training, problem-solving skills, and support from your team to answer patient calls effectively.
- Keeping track of patient interactions by using your expert listening skills to get to the heart of a patient's question quickly and documenting all interactions in real-time.
- Ensuring patients are equipped with the best advice by identifying and empathetically addressing patient concerns and, if necessary, escalating appropriately.
What You Should Have
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or GED
- A College degree or Junior College degree with a healthcare focus (preferred)
- At least 1 year of relevant customer care experience
- Intermediate to Advanced PC knowledge
- Ability to navigate multiple screens and systems
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Flexibility to work specified shifts and extended hours as necessary

While a High School Diploma or GED is required, we encourage candidates with a College or Junior College education with a healthcare focus to apply. Additionally, medical terminology training, pharmacy or benefits training, and experience in a similar role will be highly valued.
