Job Summary

As a Customer Advocate - Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for researching and responding to written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer experiences. With a focus on data entry and customer support, you'll be the backbone of our operations, providing critical support to our customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

* Research and respond to written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner

  • Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, and chat interactions
  • Enter data accurately and efficiently, meeting productivity and quality standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support and data entry
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing in a healthcare or health insurance environment

  • Experience in provider outreach, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions
  • Data entry and/or typing experience
  • Interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft suite
  • Detail-oriented

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree

  • 5 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing
  • 6 months of data entry experience in an office environment
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
