Your Role in Detail

As a Text Chat Operator at arenaflex, you'll work in a customer support capacity, responding to incoming messages from customers on various websites. Your primary responsibility will be to provide timely, accurate, and helpful assistance to customers, resolving their queries and concerns in a friendly and professional manner. You'll be working independently, but as part of a larger team that's committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to live chat messages from customers on various websites

  • Provide top-notch assistance to customers, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize arenaflex's proprietary customer support software to manage chat sessions and track customer interactions
  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and accurate assistance to customers
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, communications, business) a plus

  • No prior experience required; we provide full training to equip you with the skills needed to handle various customer support queries
  • Friendly and helpful attitude, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable internet connection and a device (phone, tablet, or laptop) capable of accessing social media and website chat functions
