Job Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our business databases. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Data Entry and Quality Assurance: Enter a high volume of data from multiple sources into our arenaflex database, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Error Identification and Correction: Identify and correct errors using appropriate quality control methods, and notify relevant parties where necessary.
  • Data Review and Verification: Review data for discrepancies in information and obtain further information for incomplete documents.
  • System Maintenance and Support: Notify applicable department leadership if the system is not accepting information, and maintain a daily production log to ensure all time and work is accurately documented.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data entry and quality assurance processes.
