Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Retail Customer Relations Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Greeting everyone (teammates and customers) and proactively approaching customers to understand their needs and support their shopping experience
- Serving as the primary customer service provider at the front end and liaison between customers and management
- Providing register coverage as needed and ensuring strong customer service standards are met by supporting cashiers through complex transactions
- Upholding company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment standards
- Collaborating with the sales team to drive sales and achieve sales goals
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date on new products and promotions
- Participating in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping environment
- Assisting with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining inventory levels
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and back office

Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant experience preferred
- 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
