About the Role:
As an Area Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading a team of hourly workforce and driving exceptional customer experiences. You'll play a critical role in maintaining the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance, while collaborating with various support teams to develop plans that meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities and Job Elements:

Support, Mentor, and Motivate Your Hourly Workforce:
Develop and implement strategies to engage and motivate your team, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to excel in their roles.
Manage Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Customer Delivery Promises:
Oversee the implementation of safety protocols, quality control measures, and productivity initiatives to ensure seamless customer delivery experiences.
Collaborate with Support Teams:
Work closely with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources to develop plans that meet business objectives and drive customer satisfaction.
Physical Demands:
Lift up to 49 pounds, frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach, and stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts.
Work Environment:
Work in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud, and be subject to variable temperatures and weather conditions (delivery stations include outside loading departments).
Continuous Learning:
Continuously climb and descend stairs (applies to sites with stairs) and be prepared to adapt to new situations and challenges.

Location and Hiring Process:
