Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Support Specialist to join our team of talented professionals. As a key member of our 3PX Client Care team, you'll be responsible for analyzing client requests, identifying areas for improvement, and driving consistent upgrades to enhance the overall client experience. Key Responsibilities
* Learn and apply the basics of the arenaflex Private Evaluating System to become an informed authority on client service
- Examine client assistance information to identify subjects and friction points in the client experience and patterns in the business
- Answer inquiries from internal and external clients in accordance with team SOPs, quality metrics, and SLAs
- Convey business insights to key partners to provide experiences and metrics
- Provide recommendations for short-term client solutions while contributing to long-term practical solutions at scale
- Contribute to improving efficiencies through automation, effective estimation, assessment, and communication for enhanced operational performance
Essential Capabilities
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 4+ years of direct client support experience, identifying and detailing patterns to drive quantifiable outcomes for a complex sales/support organization
Preferred Capabilities
* Exceptional interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to update senior management on needs, status, data patterns, and provide tooling and training recommendations
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to cross-functional audiences
- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and the arenaflex offering
- Skilled at marrying data with accounts to determine significant insights
- Rapidly acquires complex ideas independently
- Has solid business acumen and resilience; able to work independently through ambiguity and complexity in a fast-paced environment to drive results
- Gifted at working successfully with multiple partners to influence and gain buy-in
- Experience working in a highly matrixed organization
