As a Customer Service Representative on our remote team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that Maryland consumers receive the highest level of service and support in their pursuit of healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to Maryland residents, addressing their queries, concerns, and needs related to Medicaid, Qualified Health Plans, and other services offered by the Maryland Health Connection (arenaflex).

  • Utilize the State's eligibility and enrollment portal, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, and other State systems to perform tasks and duties efficiently.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality service to all Maryland consumers.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills in customer service, healthcare, and relevant technologies.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including quality and productivity standards.

Essential Qualifications:

Residency Requirement:

Must be a resident of the state of Maryland.

Call Center Experience:

Must have prior experience in a call center environment, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.

Technical Requirements:

Must have a personal computer with an i5 processor or higher and a high-speed internet connection.

Availability:

Must be available for a QC Interview with Client during the week of September 16-20th and attend a Real Job Preview on September 27th.

State Policy Exam:

Must pass a State Policy Exam with a score of 80% or higher.

Healthcare Knowledge:

Familiarity with healthcare policies, procedures, and regulations.

Customer Service Certification:

Possession of a customer service certification, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM).

Language Skills:

Proficiency in multiple languages, including Spanish, is a plus.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:

Hourly Rate:

$16.63 per hour.

Shift:

8-hour day shift, with no less than 40 hours per week.
