Job Responsibilities:
As a Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to patients and clients through inbound calls, visits, and messages
- Handling high-volume client requests and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Performing data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency, including entering patient and medication data into our system
- Investigating missing data and deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes)
- Settling all data entry-related exceptions and resolving complex issues
- Providing support to pharmacists, both in-store and remotely
- Identifying and escalating issues to senior-level staff as needed
- Maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy in data entry tasks
Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills, including:
+ Starting and closing a computer + Using a mouse to point and click + Starting and closing programs + Switching between programs + Saving files + Printing reports + Accessing data online
- Basic web search skills, including:
+ Opening a web browser + Typing in URLs + Using a search engine + Bookmarking a website + Navigating using back/forward/stop buttons + Completing online forms
- Middle-level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing reports)
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
- 18 years or older
Preferred Qualifications:
* At least 1 year of experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or call center environment
- At least 1.5 years of experience as a pharmacy technician with a certification or enrollment by the state as recognized by the State Board for Pharmacy or a nationally recognized certification agency
- Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction
- Intermediate to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing reports)
- Familiarity with Spanish and English
