Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Agent, your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their inquiries, providing exceptional support and guidance along the way. You'll be responsible for responding to live chat messages on a business's website or social media accounts, answering questions from existing customers on a wide range of topics, such as returns, refunds, and re-ordering. You'll need to have a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as our policies and procedures, so that you can provide accurate and timely information to customers.

Training and Support
