Job Summary:

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and correcting eligibility records to ensure they align with our enrollment package records. This critical function involves working with shared mailboxes and work queues to resolve issues from various regions within the company, identifying and resolving errors from multiple reports, reconciling eligibility between systems, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve green resolutions. Key Responsibilities:

* Review and analyze eligibility records to ensure accuracy and integrity

• Correct errors and discrepancies in eligibility records
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and achieve green resolutions
• Work with shared mailboxes and work queues to resolve issues from various regions within the company
• Identify and resolve errors from multiple reports
• Reconcile eligibility between systems
• Develop and maintain knowledge of arenaflex's healthcare data management systems and processes
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of experience in data entry and analysis, preferably in the healthcare industry

• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project
• Excellent verbal, written, and problem-solving communication skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with healthcare data management systems and processes
• Certification in data entry or a related field
