Job Summary
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative on our Merchant Services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, coaching and mentoring colleagues to improve their performance, and driving process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality. You will work closely with our Dealer Administrations Manager and other team members to achieve our business objectives and deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide mentorship to colleagues to improve their overall performance on all key metrics
- Demonstrate imagination and commitment to making moves to advance a positive workplace culture
- Act as a student of the business, identifying opportunities for growth and learning, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- Make a positive impact on customer experience by inspiring the team to deliver exceptional customer support and making working with arenaflex easy for our merchants
- Recognize opportunities for improvement and execute tasks to enhance efficiency and quality
- Respond to and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner

* Enjoys diagnosing issues and creating innovative solutions to tackle challenges
- Is customer-driven and successful at working with individuals with varying levels of technical expertise
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment where they are continually learning new skills and applying them to their daily work
- Is proficient in using Google Sheets or has the ability to perform data analysis
- Excels in both individual and team-based settings
Requirements
* 2+ years of experience working in an office environment
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency in using Google Sheets or other data analysis tools
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
