Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Farmersville, CA. As a key member of our Porta Potties Division, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting both customers and team members, and promoting our services and products. Key Responsibilities

* Provide excellent customer service to customers, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction.

  • Support both customers and team members, providing information and assistance as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and comments.
  • Promote company services and products, highlighting their benefits and features.
  • Accurately enter data, information, bills, receipts, reports, and other documents into our customer service database.
  • Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries, using a friendly and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies.
  • Record customer information within our customer service database.
  • Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns.
  • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies.

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a similar industry.

  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and data entry.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Enthusiastic approach to customer service and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in inside sales, labor cost analysis, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Access.
  • Experience with customer service databases and software.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
